The full-day Role Clarity Workshop includes an overview of RPN-focused research and will provide participants with an understanding of the factors that support or hinder the appropriate utilization of RPNs working to full scope of practice, as members of the interprofessional team.

Our interactive session will provide practical strategies that can be applied across all practice settings and in nursing curriculum to optimize the RPN scope of practice and enhance intraprofessional collaboration. This workshop will help you understand:

  • The myths and misconceptions of the RPN role
  • How to refocus the discussion to the patients' care needs
  • How to be comfortable with the ambiguity of understanding distinct and overlapping scopes of practice

All Role Clarity full-day workshops are scheduled from 0800-1600 and cost only $60 per person!
