Thank you for accepting our invitation to speak at the RPNAO 58th Annual AGM and Conference which will take place at the Delta Toronto East, 2035 Kennedy Road, Toronto, Ontario.
You should have received a confirmation email with the date and time of your session or poster presentation. Here are some additional requirements and important dates.
Once you let us know that you have accepted our offer to present, we will automatically register you for the conference. Your complimentary registration includes all sessions on Friday, October 28, 2016, breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch. If you wish to attend the Gala Dinner on Thursday, October 27, 2016, you will need to register and pay for a ticket.
Bedroom Reservations: Wednesday, September 28, 2016
If you wish to make a bedroom reservation, bookings must be made before September 28, 2016. The room rates for the Delta Toronto East, is Single or Double- $139.00 per room per night PLUS 13% HST for a Delta room. Complementary self-parking is included in the bedroom rate for vehicle license plates that are registered on arrival.

Keynote and Concurrent Speakers – Details Form – September 23, 2016

We need to know your audio visual requirements – if we have permission to record and publish – and your emergency contact information. Kindly complete this form by September 23, 2016.
Standard audio visual to be provided is a data project and screen along with a computer. Larger rooms will have microphones.
Presentation Due Date – Friday, October 14th, 2016
Send your PowerPoint presentation to firstname.lastname@example.org. We need to test to ensure that the presentation retains its integrity. If you have embedded videos or very large files (larger than 2MB), please contact Candace for alternate instructions.
Set up time: Set up for posters will be Thursday, October 27 between 3pm and 5pm or Friday morning between 7 am and 8 am. No set up will be allowed after 8 am on Friday morning. Tear down will be after 4:30 pm on Friday afternoon.
Tear down time: Immediately after the closing keynote speaker and conference wrap-up which is anticipated to be 4:15 pm
Poster Size: The poster boards are 94” wide by 48” high. As there is a metal frame around the edge, the live area that you have to work with is 91” wide by 45” high. Posters can be attached either with push pins or Velcro.
What else to bring: We suggest you bring some handouts for people to take away if they want to review your topic after the conference. This could be anything from a business card with your contact details to a page or two summary of the project which should also contain your contact details.
